Why does our 3 seed hoki taste so good?. Because we catch our fish fresh from Australian waters, cut the best fillets and coat them in breadcrumbs sprinkled with linseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. You can really see the difference - large chunky fillets with a moist, flaky texture and delicious crunchy crumb.
